Quad is for students 18 and over at a supported US campus. You confirm your date of birth, choose your campus, use a school email, and choose a display name. Campus access is based on a school email check; it is not a background check or proof of enrollment.

Quad is rolling out campus access gradually. If your school is not listed, it is not available yet. We cannot add a campus on request through support, but you can email us so we can track interest.

Use the email domain for the campus you selected. Personal email addresses and Apple private relay addresses are not accepted. If the address is correct and still not accepted, email us with your campus and email domain.

A request carries one opening message and, when you came from a thread, that thread as context. The recipient can accept or decline. If they accept, the opening message becomes the first message in the chat. If they decline, or if the sender withdraws, a new request cannot be sent in the current version.

Open the person’s profile, a post or reply, a message request, or a chat and use its menu. Reporting saves the reported item and reason with your account. Blocking hides content in both directions, ends pending requests, and stops new messages. If you need to reach a person, email us.

Open You, then Delete account, and confirm. You can also follow the steps on the account deletion page or email us if you cannot sign in. Deletion cannot be undone.

You can edit your display name, avatar, bio, major, year, and interests in your profile. Your campus comes from the campus you selected and cannot be edited as free text. If you need to change campuses, email us.

The current version is free to use. If paid features are introduced, the app and these pages will describe the price, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms before you are charged.

Try signing in again from the welcome screen. If you used Sign in with Apple, use the same Apple ID. If you used this phone before, use the same sign-in option. If you are still stuck, email us with your campus and display name. Do not send your password or Apple ID credentials.
